Refund Policy

At Solaro Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, accessories, and packaging materials must be included.


To initiate a return, please contact our support team at help@solaroeyewear.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for a return or refund. These include:

  • Items marked as "Sale" or "Free Gift"
  • Gift cards

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your order originally qualified for a free shipping promotion, a restocking fee may be deducted from your total refund.

4. Exchanges (Damaged or Defective Items)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a faulty item for the same product, please contact us at help@solaroeyewear.com. All exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exception: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product), Solaro Eyewear will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the 7-10 business day window, we recommend first checking with your bank or credit card company, as there is often a processing delay before a refund is officially posted.
